Co-Founder and Partner Alex Mintorn started Pello Property with fellow agents to set a benchmark for real estate on the Upper North Shore. It was the result of a desire to create a brand with substance operated by industry leaders covering the premium Sydney markets. 

The company has become an extraordinary success story and continues to provide opportunities for its team members with a focus on both professional excellence and personal fulfilment.

Alex grew up in North Turramurra, attended North Turramurra Public School and finished his schooling at Knox Grammar before completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Sydney University majoring in Economics and Marketing. Prior to real estate, Alex spent many years working in financial markets for Macquarie Bank.

During his 15+ year real estate career, Alex has achieved an auction clearance rate of 93% and is widely considered a ‘master’ of the sales process. The combination of carefully considered presentation, marketing strategy, execution and negotiation is a dynamic process he thoroughly enjoys.
