Growing up in his family’s business on the Bay Islands, and more recently managing some of Redland City’s largest maintenance contracts, Director and Principal of Elders Redlands Alex Tincknell is extremely passionate about Redland City.

He bought his first property at the age of 18, and has since grown an impressive property portfolio with multiple properties throughout the Redlands.

A business background in the Redlands ultimately led Alex to pursue a Degree in Business Law from Bond University.

When completed, Alex returned to the Redlands and spent five year’s as Business Development Manager in his family’s business which allowed him to gain vast insights into the city of Redlands from both a residential and commercial perspective.

Fortunately this insight helped Alex to make quality residential investments based on market research and local knowledge.

This depth of time personally invested into the Redland property market has cemented Alex’s desire to build an agency that is designed to help the people of the Redlands make informed decisions when buying or selling property,, to create an agency that is not only trusted, but sought after for its commitment to providing the absolute best possible customer experience.
