About Dave Holland - Real Estate Agent

Following a career as a physical education teacher and successful business owner in the UK, I moved to Perth with my wife and adult children aged 23, 20 and 17 as an ‘aged’ migrant in 2004. We all loved Perth from day one and feel fortunate to live here, now with grandchildren, in this wonderful place we all now call home.

I have now been working in the real estate industry for over 16 years establishing HKY Real Estate as an independent boutique office in 2012. As the Director and owner of HKY I am proud that we have now established ourselves as one of the top offices in Western Australia, punching significantly above our weight because of the professional and motivated team members in our employment. We strive to provide honest, ethical and sound advice to all clients understanding that good working relationships need care and consideration.

I understand the pressures that life can sometimes throw at you and certainly the added pressure that selling or renting your house can bring. Be confident that I and HKY will endeavour to make either process as simple and as easy as possible.

At a personal level, although having sold in many suburbs, I have sold significantly more property than any other agent in Connolly, a suburb in which I live, eat and play!
