Owning a real estate agency has meant David Fagan can use his great sales and personal skills to help people make the best real estate decisions.

Having lived and worked as a sales manager in Cowra for more than 40 years, buying the agency in March 2018 is a culmination of his extensive experience in selling freight, real estate, cars , tourism accommodation and farm machinery.

A background in agriculture, owning a vineyard and a mixed farming enterprise as well as holding an Advanced Diploma in Horticulture from Sydney University,means David can offer expert advice on rural and farming enterprises.

Actively involved in rugby, cricket and golf in Cowra, David loves meeting new people. 

David's extensive knowledge of the area and interest in the Real Estate Industry, where he worked for Raine & Horne from 2001 to 2003, has prompted him to invest in his own real estate business.

Being part of the R and H franchise has meant Cowra properties can be marketed to a State-wide audience and the sales and property management team are well supported with the latest marketing techniques and technology.

Cowra is a wonderful place to live and David enjoys finding the right homes and properties for residents as well as newcomers to the town.

Earlier this year David was recognised as one of the top 10 national sales principals for Raine & Horne.
