Les Donaldson managing director, established the office of Donaldson Martin & Co in its prominent and highly visible location on the corner of the Princes Highway and Webb Street Narre Warren in 1977.

Spanning two generations our family business is well known and respected within the industry, by our clients and the greater community.

Having lived in the Berwick area for close on 50 years the Donaldson family and their business has grown with the once small communities that have now evolved into the City of Casey, now one of the largest growth corridors within Australia with a population in excess of 283,000 and a projected population of 459,000 by 2036.

Established on traditional family values and community involvement Les, Brett and Dale Donaldson offer a combined total of in excess of 100 years of real estate experience in residential sales, auctioneering and property management.

Our senior property manager, Trevor Powell joined the business in 2012. Trevor himself has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and offers a great deal of knowledge and experience in residential property management and its many challengers. Having worked in the Greater Dandenong and the City of Casey for in excess of 15 years, there is not much that Trevor hasn’t seen or experienced.
