Francesco was born and bred in the Hills District and comes from a family of prominent property developers. From a young age he's had a strong interest in property so landing a job at Cutcliffe with our focus on large estates is a dream come true. Being a long time Dural resident provides 'Chess' with local knowledge and contacts which can't be bought or taught.

Francesco's youth provides him with an edge in employing the latest technology so valuable in increasing property exposure in today's market. In an industry where others have failed to keep up he's become a useful resource to the company.

His enthusiasm means he doesn't give up until he's got the result you're after and yet he has the manners and temperament of someone much older and wiser. Whether it be presentation, contracts, or marketing, he prides himself on his attention to detail.
