About Gabbi Kalthofen - Real Estate Agent

Gabbi was raised in the Jerrabomberra/Queanbeyan region and has lived and worked in the greater Canberra district her entire life. Gabbi attended Jerrabomberra Primary School and went on to study at Merici College in Braddon. From an early age, she was a committed sportsperson, playing Volleyball, Netball, AFL, Oz-Tag, Hockey, Touch Football and Indoor Cricket throughout her schooling life.

She has continued her sporting journey, playing Volleyball at the country’s highest level for the Canberra Heat Academy, as well as playing weekly social Oz-Tag. She also coaches the younger generation of star volleyball players coming through the ranks, with a close relationship with the Merici College Volleyball Program, University of Dragons Volleyball Club and Volleyball ACT Junior Development Programs.

Through her coaching and playing involvement within the sport of Volleyball, she has become a very dedicated team member and is always working closely with all departments within Luton. Her competitive nature makes her an incredibly hard worker, not giving up until the job at hand is complete and always going that extra mile for her clients. Working with people and creating meaningful relationships within the business is where she has found her love for the industry. Her friendly demeanor and welcoming smile will always make you feel at ease when visiting the office or meeting her out and about at an open home or community event.

Gabbi aims to create an easy and hassle-free buying and selling process, where you will be left feeling in control and relaxed when working with Luton. She is committed to making sure all clients’ needs are met, and any issues or enquires you may have, are dealt with effectively and efficiently.

In her previous role, she worked hard in developing the marketing campaigns and strategies for sale properties and promoting the business, utilizing the many aspects of the ever-changing social media world and classic print media to establish a unique and effective marketing program.

Gabbi is passionate about her role and will always strive to provide the best real estate experience from Luton Properties for all, leaving a lasting impression and a friend for life.
