Glenn has extensive links with the local community – on the committee of Belmont State School P & C, a member of the Lions Club of Camp Hill-Carindale, a major sponsor of the Belmont Services Bowls Club (in Carina) and founder and host of the Carindale & Eastern Suburbs Community Group, which has information nights each month and allows locals to meet and create a sense of community and has been going for over 6 years. He is also a member and supporter of the Mens Shed Carina.
