Grant has had an extensive and varied passion for real estate since the 1980’s. His working career began with employment at the Commonwealth Bank in Caboolture, he then decided to jump across into real estate and began working at LJ Hooker - Kallangur where he was there for 6 years. His natural flare for real estate was temporarily put on hold when Grant and his brother, Mark Cheney owned and operated Cheney’s Tennis Centre in Burpengary which led to Grant becoming a qualified Tennis Coach. Since the sale of the Tennis Centre in 2001, Grant happily settled back into real estate, first working with his brother, Mark at RE/MAX Ultimate and has now joined up with his son in law, Isaiah Geritz to work at Zesto Real Estate.

Grant is a member of Deception Bay Squash Centre, is involved with Mueller Community Church, Rothwell and Mountain Top Community Church and has a keen interest in world travel. He has been happily married to Linda for 36 years with 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren. Grant has lived in the Moreton Shire since 1972 and as a result of this, possesses an all-encompassing knowledge of the local area and is guaranteed to know the answer to any real estate query. He has since gone in with his son in law into Zesto real estate doing development and selling the Moreton shire for everyone that needs to sell.SPECIALITIES
