Higgins + Co Property Solutions is family owned and operated by husband and wife Darrel and Nikkole.

We have successfully worked side by side for over 20 years, experiencing many shifts in the market. Darrel is a second-generation Real Estate agent. Darrels father Kevin Higgins passed on his passion for Real Estate, integrity, drive with good old fashioned hard work and the importance of being a part of our community to both Darrel and I. We will forever be grateful for his guidance.
