James has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. He has enjoyed a long and very rewarding career managing the sales department of Crowders Real Estate for over 20 of those years. He is a fully qualified estate agent and auctioneer and participates heavily in the local community. After being involved in the family business that was established in 1952 it was always a dream to set up his own business which recently has become a reality. Community Real Estate is a new and exciting concept in the Real Estate Industry. Dedicated to exceptional customer service, advice and community spirit. Our aim is to benefit the local community by donating a percentage of our agreed fees to the Vendors chosen local charity or registered group. With over 30 years' experience in the real estate industry this commitment is what James' business is built on. James has a reputation of creating long term relationships with everyone he deals with. He prides himself on his negotiating skills which enables him to achieve the best possible outcome for his Vendors. To be successful in this industry you have to be enthusiastic, dedicated and driven to exceed client's expectations. James knows only too well that these results can only be gained by winning the clients' confidence and providing a service that is second to none. The final outcome of all this hard work is a successful sale which ultimately benefits the Vendor and the local community. This is where job satisfaction is at its best by personally donating a percentage of our fees to a charity or community group nominated by the Vendor. No other agent does this.
