What do you do?

I help people without experience become successful in property sales and I help home sellers get a successful sale faster.

How long have you been doing that?

I was first employed as an agent in 2001 and then started the team that became Harts Property in 2012.

What’s the best part of what you do?

I love the chase, I love the growth and the endless opportunity for improvement in becoming the best I can be, and helping my team grow into their best as well.

 What’s your superpower?

When I’m on a mission, I’m unstoppable. I’ll go straight, I’ll go around, I’ll go over, under or right through the middle, but either way whatever it takes, I’ll make it happen. I’m unstoppable.

 What book/movie influenced your life?

Early in my career I was given a copy of Brian Tracy’s Maximum Achievement. I devoured that book. I still love it to this day. Timeless advice on how to get the most from one’s self.

 Your favourite quote?

“If it is to be, It’s up to me.”

 Sports / hobbies?

I grew up on the sunny Gold Coast and never learned how to surf. In my 20’s I chose active procrastination and vowed I’d learn before I turned 40. I’d planned a Disneyland trip with the kids for my 40th and two weeks out I remembered my vow. I rang a mate who brought a spare board down to Currumbin. We had a blast & I was hooked. I rode my first wave into shore a couple days before we flew out. These days I love Stand Up Paddle boarding in the waves outside my home in Burleigh Heads. There’s something peaceful and a little magical in every sparkle on the water.

 What would you tell your 14-year-old self?

Listen to your heart, believe in ‘your way’ and go make it happen … now!

 What fuels you?

Spiced bulletproof coffee and bacon/eggs.
