While I’m a fully qualified real estate agent, I prefer helping people with investment properties over the hard sell of home sales. Hence, I focus on property management first and foremost.

As Director of Den Property Group, I offer a boutique service, providing dedicated and personal support to a select number of property investors across the eastern suburbs of Sydney.

Compelled to bring a better level of customer care to the property management industry, it was my own personal experiences with my investment properties and the difficulty I found in sourcing a reliable team that motivated me to open my own property management business.

My point of difference is that I truly care about your asset and will go out of my way to ensure that the people renting are happy and remain long term tenants. But my overall objective is to help you maximise the value of your real estate investment.

As an investor, you have the benefit of a committed property manager who gets to know you personally and understands your needs, goals and investment aspirations. Plus your tenants, will have their queries and maintenance requests attended too in a timely fashion and to the highest of standards.

With a tenant selection process that includes in depth background checks, it’s my duty to find trustworthy tenants from the get go – to ensure you have a positive rental experience.

Properties across Randwick, Maroubra, Alexandria and the surrounding suburbs in Sydney’s east are in high demand but experience seasonal peaks. I am therefore able to advise you on current rental rates that will secure a strong return on your property investment and when to start and end lease periods.

Overall, my genuine desire to get to know my clients, and to remove the stress and time needed to manage an investment property, means that once we’ve connected you’ll remain a client for life!
