Joshua started as a Property Manager in 2015 quickly becoming a senior property manager by the end of 2016 as he took to the role like a natural, wowing his clients and fellow staff with his skills. By 2018 he became a Rental Department Manager leading a team and providing support and training to his co-workers. Joshua has enjoyed being in a leadership role and running the rental department as his own since 2018. A licensed estate agent, and self-confessed data nerd, Joshua loves to keep a close eye on the property market throughout Melbourne and staying up to date with all the property trends.
