Julia moved to Australia 28 years ago and, as a proud Caulfield resident, is a passionate advocate for the best attributes of the surrounding suburbs.

As a Senior Property Consultant with our Hodges Caulfield office, Julia enjoys the privilege of making people happy – looking after their individual needs when they buy or sell.

Negotiating the deal, says Julia, can be a challenge but it’s a part of the job she loves. To balance the high-pressure side of real estate, she loves reading Russian literature and also unwinds in the kitchen – finding relaxation in cooking delicious food for family and friends.

Julia has been happily married to her husband, Julian, a piano teacher, for 26 years. With a successful real estate career and an 23-year old son at home, life can be busy but Julia wouldn’t have it any other way.
