Formerly a successful small business owner and operator in her own right, Liz has always understood the way in which service contributes to sales and how a strong work ethic supports success.

But it was her passion for people and property and her value for connections, confidentiality, trust, and transparency, which would ensure her longevity when she elected to turn her talents to the real estate industry.

It was some thirty years ago when Liz commenced as a real estate sales agent for a respected agency located in Ascot.

By capitalising on her extensive network and connections within the racing industry and charitable institutions, Liz began introducing a range of international clients to the leafy and affluent neighbourhoods of Ascot, Hamilton, Clayfield and Hendra.

Liz’s accomplishments were so highly regarded that in the 15 years which followed, she was pursued by several agency owners to establish, set strategic direction, and manage new franchise agencies.

In 2005, Liz accepted a new challenge within the real estate industry… project marketing and high-end luxury apartment sales with a focus on owner-occupier sales.

Representing many high-profile development companies including Juniper Developments, Raptis Group, Oaks Hotel Group and Stockwell Property Group, for the next 16 years Liz combined her extensive knowledge of the property development and civil construction industries with her outstanding communication and negotiation skills to achieve over $400 million dollars in sales in off the plan and existing projects.

Now in 2022 Liz has chosen to return to her origins and join the SpinksCo Residential team where she will once again focus her energies and expertise on the sale and marketing of prestige property and lifestyle properties in the Ascot, Hamilton, Clayfield and Hendra neighbourhoods.

As a Senior Sales Executive for SpinksCo Residential, Liz will offer her clients a personalised service, offering either high-profile sales campaigns or private, off market transactions.

On request, Liz will also provide a bespoke service connecting “down-sizers” to luxury, low maintenance apartments.
