Driven by a love of the local area, Marc has maintained a desire to see the people in his community live their best lives. Keen to engage with the wider world from his earliest years, Marc spent time working in Vietnam with the Christina Noble Foundation in his 20’s, and now supports the Australian sports charity, Team Sport 4 All. Passionate about social connection and the importance of sport within it, Marc’s reputation as one of the area’s most active agents is well-deserved in every way,

While Marc has travelled and trekked around the world, his life and family has always been grounded in the Bayside area. Now raising his big, blended family to appreciate Bayside’s excellent schools, sports clubs and environment, Marc is an active participant in the life of the community; coaching at Hampton Rovers Football and Beaumaris Sharks Basketball Clubs, and fostering community initiatives including the locally-founded Chatty Café Scheme. Most importantly Marc says, he is raising his kids to understand the privilege of growing up in one of the best neighbourhoods in the world.
