Michael’s logical and systematic attributes were perfect for a role which demanded efficiency at its highest level, ensuring a confidence from landlords that one of their biggest assets was being carefully and passionately monitored from all directions – at all times. Since his return to Australia in 2007, Michael’s personal and professional methodical characteristics have earned him valued positions within major Sydney real estate brands including 7 years in the role of Senior Property Manager with one of Sydney’s largest multi-office independent agencies on the Upper North Shore. Michael’s ability to create and manage efficient and well functioning procedures and systems, along with his extensive knowledge of legislation, compliance, technology and trust accounting are all integral components in his delivery of an exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
