A Principal Director of A ONE Real Estate Pty Ltd. A Passionate Licensed Real Estate Land Agent extensively gain knowledge of property investment strategies, migrated to Australia in 2009 originally from Nepal. While he was looking into wide range of opportunities that existed and Australia offered, he soon learned that he had to create his own platform in new homeland and has not stopped since.

South Australia is the great to live and work especially once you have family, which is why Nabin chose to call it home and never gave a second thought to move interstate unlike many other. He started with management and sale of very few residential properties within the community after gaining proper education and continues to manage his own property portfolio and that of private individuals. During this period, he has been actively engaged in selling vacant Lands, Sales of Off market Residential Properties and Developing Lands himself as a passionate Property Investor. He does not believe in holding client’s hostage with specific contracts, instead, he takes pride in building long – lasting relationships.

Being a homeowner and the agent who closed the deal on his own home, he has experienced both sides of the home buying process, and fully understand the ‘’hiccups’’ that may come along the way and with his persistent presence in real estate, he brings steadfast drive to make each clients’ experience smooth and memorable when comes to buying or selling.
