It all started in2003, when Tim Newton began NuTrend Constructions, a carpentry business. WhilstNuTrend completed carpentry on homes for other national builders, Tim’senthusiasm and high quality workmanship drew attention. The quality of workfrom NuTrend Constructions allowed the business to begin a broader range ofwork; ranging from extensions and renovations to second storey extensions.

As Tim endeavoured tobuild quality homes for other national builders he realised that new homeowners were not enjoying their experiences and were left with a lot of work tocomplete on their new homes. Tim’s epiphany lead to the development of ‘TheComplete Package’ which allows for new homes to have extensive inclusions suchas landscaping, blinds, appliances and cleaning services. Tim then created thebusiness NuTrend Quality Homes alongside Peter Nastrom in 2011.

As NuTrend QualityHomes has grown over the year’s skilled staff have been recruited to helpdeliver a high quality home with a high level of customerservice. With ventures into new regions in the South East Queenslandin 2016 they take with them family values and high quality of work.
