Paul Joyce’s love of structure and design began in 1995 when he travelled to Sydney Australia for the first time. This love continued to develop as Paul worked extensively throughout Australia and for some of the most renowned building companies in the United Kingdom.

Paul ran his own highly successful tiling company, producing high specification property renovations for the last twenty years. His work focussed mainly on high-end projects, from London’s iconic Savoy Hotel to many properties on the prestigious

Wentworth Gold Course, from homes belonging to comedian Dawn French to golfers such as Ernie Els and Justin Rose. He now turn his superior knowledge and passion for building design to Real Estate in the Redlands area.

Paul resides in Cleveland. He has an excellent local knowledge and as a family man with a young son, understands only too well the importance of finding the perfect family home. Much of Paul’s success has been largely built on an excellent rapport with his customers, an acute eye for detail and perfect finish, as well as the determination and drive to succeed.
