Paul is a Real Estate Broker, planner and marketing visionary. 

Paul’s repertoire is solidified by his experience in sales, construction and law. 

When it comes to Real Estate, planning and development Paul has been obsessed since entering the property market in 1998, starting with fix and flip ventures through to his latest subdivisions and land developments. 

He started his career as a carpenter with residential and commercial builds in remote communities, progressing into large scale apartment buildings, Resort complexes, Schools and Naval Bases. To date, Paul has built, and Project managed in excess of $500 million worth of projects to date. His notable projects are The Pullman Hotel and Apartments on Marlin Parade, HMAS Cairns redevelopment and Fitzroy Island Resort in Far North Queensland. 

Following a Bachelor of Laws at JCU and 5 years work experience for a leading law firm, State engagement in Land Divisions and Land Trusts throughout Queensland, Paul acted on his long-term vision to create a Real Estate agency. 

Paul’s first real estate sale came quickly breaking all records for the area – obtaining a one-million-dollar unconditional settlement for a property purchased for $40,000 with only $500 in advertising.
