Matt Otway and Peter Shield founded PMC in 2016 under the renowned Ray White brand to bring property developers a comprehensive, full-service agency approach with highly specialised off-the-plan agents who achieve outstanding sales profit results for our clients.We started PMC Ray White to help our clients create buildings of significance. We do this from the outset by taking care of the whole project from site acquisition, design consultation and market research to in-house marketing strategies, specialised sales, property management solutions and building settlement processes. When we started PMC project sales and marketing was being implemented without a strategic plan and using outdated methods which didn’t put the buyer at the centre of the project. We saw the opportunity to create bespoke sales and marketing strategies that relate to the modern buyer and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
