Richard is an Adelaide boy, loves real estate, loves business, and loves dealing with people from all walks of life!

He has operated businesses both in Adelaide and regional Queensland, and joined Greg Ennis and his team at Ennis Partners in North Adelaide as a Sales Partner in 2015. He has held a Real Estate licence since 1985.

In early 2021 Richard acquired the Ennis Partners real estate business from Greg Ennis.

Richard operates predominantly in the inner suburbs of Adelaide, with a particular emphasis on North Adelaide. This has been Ennis Partners heartland for over 30 years with more than 1000 properties sold in North Adelaide and Norwood alone! Richard also relishes the opportunity and challenge to market interesting homes in interesting spots! Recent examples include a renovated church at Black Hill, a significant Barossa Valley home and orchard, and an architectural master piece backing onto the Goolwa sand dunes.

With a solid business background, a long time interest in real estate, combined with strong business ethics and professionalism, Richard will happily help people find property solutions.

Richard has a highly personable nature. He has a clear and honest communication approach with people and a bright positive “can do” attitude which all contribute to success in the competitive world of real estate.

Richard has been married for over 30 years, with three adult children.
