With his career in real estate beginning in 2010 at the age of 18, Richard knew the fast paced, high energy of the property industry was for him. Having spent over a decade in project marketing selling high end, off the plan projects across the Eastern Suburbs, Inner City, Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches. Selling to both local and international markets, Richard worked with many of Australia’s top developers.

With aspirations of becoming a leading agent on the Northern Beaches while pursuing development opportunities, Richard loves working closely with both parties to execute sales and help people find joy through property. Richard thrives in the dynamic sales environment with a team of high achieving individuals.

Living locally with his young family, Richard enjoys time at the beach, surfing, surf ski kayaking and socialising with family and friends over a long lunch.
