Ross Calnan has been a powerhouse within the real estate industry since 1981 after meeting his wife and serving in the navy for 10 years.

He began his professional real estate career at a local Perth agency before purchasing his very first franchise in 1985.

Fast forward to 1990, Ross began what was then known as Calnan-Baxter with his wife and business partner. In 2008, Ross was proud to welcome son, Rhys, into the family business and renamed the real estate agency to what is now known as Calnan Property.

For 31 years, Ross has been serving greater Perth and his local community of Applecross with his distinctive approach to problem solving, successful organisation and client/business management.

To this day, you’ll find Calnan Property clients describing Ross as a hard working individual, professional salesman and personal agent that relates to both homeowner and buyer.

Ross has dedicated his life to Calnan and the results have manifested in countless positive business developments, a passionate team of agents and a successful business legacy that will last for years to come.
