Touch Residential was founded in December 2016 by Principal and Director, Mathew McCullagh.

Mathew has over seven year’s experience in the real estate industry and brings a fresh and modern approach to sales that client’s love, whilst not losing a traditional service experience. His expertise in social media marketing sets his sales strategy apart from his competitors by ensuring each individual property campaign is effective and unique. Mathew has worked in boutique agencies, franchises and specialised property groups, before pursuing his passion to start his own business and take his sales skill set to another level.

Soon after the company was launched, Mathew’s partner joined him in the journey and are proud to now call Touch Residential a small family business. Shelley Walsh is a highly qualified Senior Property Manager of seven years and has a solid knowledge base of real estate legislation in the investment sector. Shelley takes pride in her exceptional level of customer service at all times and provides constant support for Mathew within all areas of the business.
