Tom first started in residential real estate in the regional centre of Maryborough in 2006; it was just 12 months later that he decided commercial property held more interest and provided a greater spread of challenges and opportunities.

"I came into real estate with a wide business and management background - my career spanned accounting, Military Service (Army), hospitality - running my own restaurant business and a time in local government (as a Mayor/Councillor) in NSW".

"I enjoy the greater challenge and the complexity that commercial sales and leasing presents. I have found my earlier career experiences in management, running my own business and my time as a councillor invaluable in providing the assistance that investors and businesspeople look for when dealing with their commercial property interests".

Tom is very comfortable with the strategic - big picture view of any real estate question whether it is finding the right fit in a tenancy situation or delivering the best matched sales prospect.
