Vanessa has recently joined the team at Harcourts Signature to move into the world of real estate.

Working in sales all her life with an impressive and extensive background in marketing, media sales and promotions, Vanessa is a well-known face and personality in Southern Tasmania.

Having lived and worked on both sides of the River Derwent, she is familiar with the local market and the unique selling points of each suburb and locality. Known for her love of colour and her out-of-the-box marketing strategies, Vanessa aims to make the process of selling a property an enjoyable and positive experience for all her clients. 

Vanessa has recently been involved with spec building and the staging and selling of her own property on Tasmania’s East Coast. What this experience taught Vanessa was the importance of developing a professional marketing strategy, as well as reinforcing the confidence in her exceptional negotiation skills and desire to achieve excellent results.

When it comes to time out, you will find Vanessa outdoors at the beach with her labradors (fur kids), as well as spending time with family and friends. She has a passion for cars and motorsports, and you may have seen her out and about in her immaculately maintained 1960’s Pink Morris Ute. Toot Toot!
