She is the one point of contact for all your management needs, ensuring your property is maintained in the same condition throughout a tenancy. She finds a suitable tenant; conducts rental inspections – incoming, outgoing and regular; organises repairs; pays property-related accounts and keeps clients updated on their obligations.

She endeavours to provide a good experience for both property owners and tenants, assuring owners their property is being looked after, providing them with peace of mind and taking away the stress.

Venessa has lived and worked in the local area for many years. She was educated in Picton, and has lived in Tahmoor, Thirlmere, Buxton and Wilton, so she knows the area exceptionally well. When not at work Venessa loves spending time with her family, reading and camping.
