Vince had a change of profession from running his own successful mobile mechanic workshop to starting a career in Real Estate as a sales person with Raine & Horne Rockhampton in 2001.

Vince has built a strong reputation and established friendships and a large client database in the area. From the beginning, he achieved record sales and has won awards including No.1 Sales Person within the national group and he was consistently within the Top 10 Australia-wide. By 2008 Vince was owner of Raine & Horne offices in Rockhampton, Yeppoon and Gracemere.

Vince was introduced to the RealWay brand in 2012 through the purchase of a rent roll. He developed a great relationship and love of the brand and culture. After consolidating offices Vince now operates successfully from locations in Rockhampton and in Yeppoon on the Capricorn Coast. Vince always looks to grow the business and really appreciates his loyal, long-term staff.
