o As Sales Manager, Simon overseen more than 1000 land sales, 100’s of re-sales of both land & new homes sales.

o Simon was paramount in the success of the estate as a member of the PCG

o After the estate sales were finished, Simon played a major role in setting up a permanent URBAN general real estate office in the community

o The URBAN office has been the leading office in Colebee for over 10 years since its inception, setting and holding numerous sales records along the way and consistently holds in excess of 50% of the sales market share in the suburb.

o Directly responsible for 330 property land transactions direct from developer, in addition to assisting clients with the on-sale of new homes, land & townhouses

o During the peak of the campaign, Simon sold 99 blocks in 1 weekend, an achievement not only in marketing, but logistics and management
