Too many real estate agents these days rely on volume; on quantity rather than quality. This rapid-turnover approach might be good for the agent’s bottom line, but too often it leaves clients feeling as though they are on a factory production line.

At Spencer & Servi, we don’t work like that. We are members of a small, professional, friendly team. We’ve worked together for years and we have clients we’ve worked with for years. Our long-term clients buy with us, they sell with us, they rent with us.
