Water worth bottling - Daintree rainwater, pure and delicious is collected on the roof of the home and stored into a 28,000 litre tank. An added pump conveys the precious cargo up the hill to a newly installed 1,000 litre header tank, which in turn provides gravity feed pressure to the home. Additional water can be pumped from the creek.

Outside, there are two carport areas for parking and an impressive workshop area, open air but well covered for use in the wet season.

Under the home an additional room is currently used as the laundry and storage. Potential exists to turn this area into another bedroom.

A small pathway leads to an outdoor shower, whilst a longer pathway takes you to the magical creek!
