BOND - is equal to 4 weeks rent payable when you sign the lease (you must inform us if you are obtaining a bond loan when you are applying for the property.)

RENT - 2 weeks rent payable when you sign the lease

3. Last rent increase for this property was May 2022 and the photos were taken approx 6 years ago.

4. Security camera’s video recording and or audio recording may occur at the property when inspections are being carried out, by undertaking an inspection you waive your right to privacy at the property inspection.

5. This property is water compliant, and the approved applicant will be responsible for water consumption charges.

6. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the yard and gardens.

7. The lower level/ under house may have water ingress in server weather events.

8. Internet/NBN - tenants need to do their own investigations with their provider and or https://www.nbnco.com.au/connect-home-or-business/check-your-address, as legislation does not require the owner to provide anything for Internet/NBN at the property.

9. The property may or may not contain asbestos or asbestos like materials
