At the front of the house there is an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and breakfast bar that opens up to a living/dining with sliding glass doors that leads to a timber deck that gets plenty of sun. The separate laundry has a washing machine and dryer. There are floating floors and carpet throughout with a double carport and electric heating. No pets.
