- Type 1: Standard ensuite room with air conditioning between $250 per week
- Type 2: Small rooms with air conditioning and own small private courtyard for $240 per week (No ensuite)
- Type 3: Standard - small rooms with air conditioning, (no ensuite) and multiple shared bathrooms for $230 per week.

- Rooms features may include:
King single to single sized ensemble beds (mattress protector provided only)
Reverse cycle air conditioning to all rooms
Built-in wardrobes
Bar fridge
TV wall mounted
Study desk and chair and TV
Vanity/basin in rooms without ensuite bathrooms
Ceiling fans to most rooms
Shared bathrooms for rooms with no ensuite

- Combined open plan living spaces, kitchens (with lockable storage cupboards for each room) and dining areas which are all air conditioned. Multiple laundries for each level/wings and off street parking spaces will be available.

- Free Wi-Fi, water usage, electricity is metered at a small cost per kilowatt. Regular cleaner for all common areas and onsite managers for assistance to our students (Property Manager is your first point of contact).

- Each room fitted with individual meters for electricity & charges will apply at 25 cents per kilowatts per room.

- Lease terms are 6-12 months. Short term options may be considered.
- Strictly NO pets or animals permitted, no couples permitted.
