Adam Welling has been working in the real estate market since leaving university in 2000. A self-confessed “perfectionist”, he prides himself on his attention to detail and is well-known for being helpful, professional and good humoured.

A senior sales consultant and auctioneer at hockingstuart's Yarraville office, Adam has spent almost all of his time in the industry working in the area. “I love it here,” he says. “It's vibrant and unpretentious and the people are so welcoming and accepting of everyone who comes to live here. It has such a great atmosphere, as well as fantastic schools, cafe's, shops, open spaces, like Footscray Gardens and of course, inner Melbourne's best cinema”.

Adam's primary professional ambition is to be recognised as one of the top agents in the City of Maribyrnong. As a member of the hockingstuart team, he's on his way to attaining that goal.
