We have two studios available in the Tabletop Estate in Withcott. We have a young family and both work, and are looking to rent out our two studios/granny flats. We live in a lovely, quiet bushy area with lots of wildlife around - wallabies, possums, echidnas and the occasional carpet python. We are approx 13 mins to Toowoomba Base Hospital, 7 mins from the Range Shopping Centre and 13 mins from Grand Central Shopping Centre. We will only take single one single tenant per studio and you must be working full time. This would suit someone that lives a quiet life or works in Toowoomba and goes home on the weekend. We have two young children, chickens and a cat, and aren’t looking to add to our fur family at this stage.
