As the company director of Compton Green, Adrian takes a hands-on approach across all departments, including residential, commercial and enterprise. Starting off his illustrious real estate career in 1991, Adrian has been at the forefront of industry change ever since. As one of the country’s leading auctioneers, he possesses a wealth of industry knowledge, a passion for communication and an extensive network of contacts. Adrian has worked alongside a range of organisations from diverse sectors, including private, corporate and Government. Before embarking on his career at Compton Green, Adrian was the senior vice president of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and the founder of the Young Agent’s Chapter. In conjunction with his Agent’s Representative Certificate, he has also obtained a certificate IV in property services through the REIV.  Adrian is extremely passionate about making lasting connectings and about creating a change within the community. He has been a committee member of the Hobsons Bay Community Fund since 2013, a local council body which supports social initiatives within the Hobson's Bay area. Prior to this, Adrian was the president of the Rotary Club of Williamstown. Outside of his philanthropy efforts, you can find Adrian spending time with his three beautiful children and his wife, Dee. He also enjoys the great outdoors, coffee and all that the inner west has to offer.
