My name is Adriana Hillebrand and I am both a property manager & sales agent at Hillebrand Property Group as well as the Principal of the business. 

I have over 20 years experience in the real estate industry in both Australia and Europe during which time I was a tenant, a homeowner and a landlord myself. Prior to my move to Cairns from down south I also owned and operated my own Real Estate Agency. Having done all this I understand all aspects that are involved in looking after your property. I have a strict, highly effective, but diplomatic way to manage properties and have been able to build strong relationships with both my clients and their tenants. 

Due to the positive feed back from owners, we now manage properties in Rosewood, Ipswich, Brisbane & Surrounding areas.

Additionally, I speak 4 languages which has proven to be a huge benefit for both owners and tenants in terms of communication. I’m German and therefor you will notice an accent when I communicate with you over the phone, which I like to do on regular basis. I’m still “old school” and believe that regular communication is very essential to avoid misunderstandings and ensure that all parties are well informed and up to date with relevant information.
