By conducting well in excess of 1,000 auctions across all areas of Sydney, Lachlan was able to accelerate his expertise in all marketplaces and more importantly gain an unparalleled comprehension of all aspects of auction strategy and process.
Simultaneously, as a sales agent with one of Double Bay’s oldest boutique real estate businesses, Lachlan negotiated successful sales for his clients in some of Sydney’s most prestigious inner city suburbs.
Following the passing of his grandfather, Lachlan made the choice to return to the family business he had painstakingly founded and in this, its 40th year in operation, both carry on and cultivate its long held reputation as one of the Central Coast's most respected real estate agencies.
