40 years of selling Real Estate on the northern end of the Gold Coast, Ailsa has mostly lived in Runaway Bay and has a wealth of knowledge about property and lifestyle in her area, specialising in waterfront homes and units.

When marketing a property, Ailsa gives 100% commitment to her Clients and believes that the very best business an agent can get is repeat business and referral business, which only comes from doing the job right in the first place.

For 18 years Ailsa was Principal/Licensee of her own independent real estate agency on the northern Gold Coast and feels that this gives her a greater understanding of the needs of her sellers and buyers.

After selling her business in 2004 to a Ray White franchise, she then continued to work under the Ray White banner until the end of 2024.

After a short break, Ailsa researched the @realty group and decided that this would be a good fit for her career and to re-ignite with past clients.
