About Ajay Valanju - Real Estate Agent

Ajay founded Location Property Group in July, 2005. The agency originally opened its doors known as “Location 2065” and was rebranded to Location Property Group in 2012.

Ajay commenced his career completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance at UTS. Ajay also worked in the accounting and finance industry for four years, whilst working in the industries of Accounting and Finance, Ajay commenced building his own property portfolio.

When speaking to family and friends about property investing, he quickly realized that he had found his passion.

“I am passionate about Property and for me, it’s a way of life…” you will always hear him declaring.

Ajay then went on to complete a Diploma of Property with Distinction at Crows Nest TAFE, and opened Location Property Group. To further his education in the property field, Ajay has also recently completed a Masters in Property Development at UTS.

Ajay has successfully built a property portfolio of over 35 properties and has completed in excess of 60 transactions personally. This means that he understands exactly how it feels to be a vendor for a property, landlord of a property and a prospective buyer for a property.
