About Alex Cosway - Real Estate Agent

As a Director of Laing+Simmons Manning Valley and having grown up in Canada, Alex brings to his clients 19 years of sales experience in Europe and Australia.

As a 3^rd generation real estate agent, the skill sets and dedication he shares with his clients is in his blood.

Alex is passionate about helping clients through the sales process whilst bringing a strong marketing focus to each property to ensure the best exposure and resultant sale outcome.

Alex works with both vendors and buyers and assisted with the entire LSMV team, plays a leading negotiating and client management role.

Prior to Laing+Simmons, Alex was a Managing Director of a multi-award winning NBN communications firm based in the Manning Valley, an IT sales director in NSW and a sales executive in the UK for a prominent internet security firm.

Outside of working with his team and clients, Alex enjoys flying (holding his pilots licence), traveling and spending time with his family.
