He began his career in his family’s real estate business in Haberfield at the age of 17 and has progressed through the ranks to Company Director & Principal. Alfio has spent almost 40 years at the top of the property ladder and has acquired a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the industry, particularly in the Inner West.

A licensed Real Estate & Business Agent, as well as a Certified Valuer, Alfio also holds a Financial Planning Certificate. Alfio is heavily Involved in the local community in his role as Councillor of the Australian Society of Real Estate Agents & Valuers, President of the Haberfield Chamber of Commerce and President & Treasurer of the Inner West Chamber of Commerce. Experienced all market conditions, Alfio continues to break sales records, consistently exceeding price expectations. Alfio is now Director & Co-Owner of Elders Inner West which has 4 offices including Enfield, Ashfield, Haberfield and a Commercial Division now being one of the largest sales and property management teams to service the Inner West.
