After her short stint as a stay-at-home mum, Alice plunged back into her career with full force. Working with a local agency, she transformed their rental department from a one-woman show to a team of 13. Starting with just 20 properties under her control, she expanded the portfolio to an outstanding 1100 properties in 10 years.

The satisfaction of helping people and guiding them through their investment process is what drives Alice. Knowing that her clients start from understanding very little about real estate investing to then maximising their return and adding to their portfolio is her motivation.

The western suburbs local is an adrenaline junkie at heart. Outside of her nine-to-five, you will find her playing paintball with her son, cruising in the hot rods with her partner or skydiving at St Kilda beach.

Fluent in Romanian, a lover of Italian cuisine and a coffee enthusiast, Alice says she will choose an iced latte even on the coldest winter mornings.
