Alice Park was surrounded by the world of real estate from a very early age as her mother was a successful property investor in Korea. She delighted in passing on her knowledge and expertise to Alice, teaching her how to analyse the market, understand the unique selling points of a property, and identify the most lucrative up-and-coming areas for property investment.

After moving to Australia, Alice had a varied career. She studied dental technology in Sydney and then shifted to Melbourne to dive into the fashion industry, where she became a regional manager overseeing 100 staff across 20 branches in three states. But the lure of real estate was always there and finally, she couldn’t resist, making the switch to work in property sales and rentals.

Alice took on a role at WIN to amp up her sales career but with the company experiencing rapid growth, she saw a real need for someone to not only help on the sales side, but in office management too.

In her role as WIN’s marketing and office manager, she delights in helping shape and build the brand, while nurturing relationships with customers she treats just as she would her closest family members.

Hobbies outside of work

• Relaxing with her husband and dog, Elly
• Watching Netflix and Korean TV show
• Travelling to destinations where she does nothing but eat and relax
