Born, raised, and schooled in Busselton, Al and his wife Donna moved to Perth in their post-school years. Upon the arrival of their two children, Ella and Samuel, they moved back to Busselton in 1999 and have been enjoying the famous Busselton lifestyle ever since. As the circle goes, both of the children are now living and studying full-time in Perth.

For the last 30 years, Al has gained a wealth of experience in sales and marketing roles, mostly in larger corporate environments but ultimately dealing face to face with clients and building lasting, long-term relationships. This experience has highlighted that, regardless of the industry, clients just want trusted advice, the right product for them, consistent follow up and most of all, responsive and professional service.

Al recognises that the key to providing quality service for his clients comes from effective listening, having a clear understanding of their requirements, and then most importantly, delivering on what is promised.

Having most recently spent several years in the Finance Broking arena, Al joined the team at Stocker Preston in 2017 and has not looked back. During this time, he has quickly built a reputation of providing clients with a quality, customer service-oriented experience with the core objective of removing the stress and uncertainty often involved in buying and selling your home. This approach is central to Al’s role at Stocker Preston.
