My name is Amy, I am mum to Nick and Sylvia Grace, our greyhound. I’ve been working in real estate for 30 years, across many areas of the industry; property management, sales and even a national corporate role.

Being born and bred on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. it’s no surprise that once young Nick started school, I felt the call to move us north and that move has exceeded our wildest expectations- we love it!

What’s important to me to deliver for our clients? 

Communication, dedication, and transparency. Which I have found to be paramount when working with clients to achieve the best results for them.

What can I do for you?

• Property owners, investors and buyers alike, want to maximise their return on investment, I am the communication channel between sellers and buyers, and the difference between an acceptable offer, and a champagne price.

• Many people don’t ask questions, for fear of looking “silly” and people tell me, they feel safe in asking me all the questions, including the big, small and confidential ones.

• I love walking with people on their journey, visualising what could be and designing a path, with real estate being a big part of the vehicle to get them there.

• I don’t pretend to have all the answers, I do promise to find a solution (or more).

• Real estate is full of unknown words, legislation, technology and processes, I empower people to uncover the mystery of real estate ownership and investment with a combination of knowledge and finesse.
